(2) Software problems of Qbit money and/or any Qbit money-related software or service, e.g., corrupted wallet file, incorrectly constructed transactions, unsafe cryptographic libraries, malware affecting Qbit money and /or any Qbit money-related software or service provided by Qbit.money.
(3) Any Technical failures in the hardware of the user or of Qbit.money, or of any Qbit money-related software or service, e.g., data loss due to a faulty or damaged storage device or peer corruption.
(4) Security problems experienced by the user of any Qbit money-related software or service, e.g., unauthorized access to users' wallets and/or accounts.
(5)The Actions or inactions of third parties and/or events experienced by third parties, e.g., bankruptcy of service providers, information security attacks on service providers,theft of user equipment with relevant data, and fraud conducted by third parties against the user or Qbit.money.
(6) Network Service Provider: QBIT Currency, as a third party platform for "QBIT network service provider", does not guarantee the information and services provided in this the Site can fully meet the needs of users. We shall not be liable for errors, insults, defamation, nonfeasance, obscenity, pornography, or blasphemy that may occur during the process of acceptance of the Parties' web service.
(7) Service Interruption: Based on the special nature of the Internet, we do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted; the timeliness and security of the service are also not guaranteed, and we do not bear the responsibility as it is not caused by QBIT Currency.
