How can I verify my account.

If using PayPal for personal Buy/Trade:

(1) Start the buy/trade on Qbit exchange and use the email address trade@qbitexchange.net.

(2)Send an email asking Qbitexchange to sell you the Qbit/ETH. This email address MUST be the same as the Paypal email that will send the payment. If your paypal email is different to your originating email address then the buy/trade will be cancelled.

(3)As soon as we receive your email to confirm the trade we will fund the escrow at that point.

(4)Send the payment via Paypal as a friend or family. Use the same paypal address as in step 2. Our PayPal address is qbit @Qbitexchange.net the same as our email address. If your paypal address is different to your email address then we will NOT release the Qbit/ETH and your payment will be returned.

(5)After you have received the Qbit/ETH in your account, reply to the previous email and say that you have received the ETH and that you are satisfied with the Purchase or Trade. This step must be completed to complete the transaction.

What are the fees?

Since there is no central bank controlling Qbit Currency or other cryptocurrencies, it's important to understand that each provider chooses its own rate. However, to help keep things clear, services like TradeBlock XBX list an average (or market) rate based on the known providers. Qbit Exchange's market rate is based on the XBX + 2%. In addition, there is a commission fee of up to 3.90%. For credit/debit card transactions, we have no control over credit card fees to this we add a 5% processing fee. For purchases made by SEPA bank transfer, there is no additional fee. For purchases made by SWIFT bank transfer, there is an additional flat fee of 20 GBP on orders below 1000 USD and no additional fee on orders above 1000 USD....

Why do I see a charge on my bank account but did not receive the Qbit/ETH yet.

If your Currency hasn't been approved yet, the charge you see on your account is probably only an authorization check created immediately after a Currency attempt is made. This is necessary to "save" the transaction amount in case the Currency is approved. If the Currency is declined, the charge will automatically void within 48 hours, depending on your bank's policy....
